Get Superior Sanding with Our Precision Machine Shop’s *NEW* SuperBrush

You’ve used a toothbrush, a hairbrush, a paintbrush—but are you familiar with the SuperBrush?

The 24” SuperBrush sanding tool from SuperMax Tools delivers superior surface finishes on metal parts while significantly reducing or eliminating time-consuming hand-finishing.

Advantages of the SuperBrush

The SuperBrush consolidates finishing processes into a single step, reducing your lead times and lowering your costs on these finishing services:

  • Base coat sanding

  • Buffing

  • Cleaning

  • Deburring

  • Decorative finishing

  • Graining

  • Oxidation removal

  • Polishing

  • Primer sanding

  • Radius edges

  • Scuff sanding

The SuperBrush saves time

Hand-finishing metal parts is a time-intensive, multi-step process that hinders repeatability. To hand-finish a single part, we first deburr the part’s edges, clean its surface, then polish the metal. Each individual step adds time to the manufacturing process

The SuperBrush allows our precision machine shop to perform all of a part’s surface finishing steps in one streamlined flow. We simply place your parts on the conveyor, and they emerge from the SuperBrush deburred, cleaned, and ready for delivery.

The SuperBrush outshines hand-finishing the way an electric toothbrush outshines your $3 toothbrush. One provides exceptional quality in less time, while the other offers merely adequate results and takes much longer to perform.

The SuperBrush saves money

Because the SuperBrush allows Accurate CNC Services to complete your parts more quickly, it also helps you save money.

Time and talent don’t come cheap, but the SuperBrush accomplishes the work of a skilled manufacturing professional in a fraction of the time, keeping our shop floor busy and your project moving forward.

For sensitive coatings like clear anodizing, the SuperBrush expertly preps the part’s surface and ensures superior coating quality that lasts. Enhanced quality means your parts don’t need to be replaced as frequently—another cost savings advantage to finishing your parts with a SuperBrush!

SuperBrush Specs

The SuperBrush can feed material as fast as 30 feet per minute, and its quick-change brush heads and abrasive loadings permit a wide range of finishes. To modify the finish results, we simply adjust the conveyor speed, brush head RPM, or bristle penetration depth. The SuperBrush sander boasts a poly conveyor belt on a bed built from reinforced steel.

SuperBrush finishing renders your parts free of ink markings, scratches, and corrosion. Suitable for all metals and alloys, the SuperBrush is designed specifically for flatter parts with minimal curves. Sheet metal materials with countersink holes, for example, pair beautifully with the SuperBrush, which accepts material dimensions up to 24” wide and 11” thick.

SuperBrush Surface Finishes

The easy-to-operate SuperBrush employs multiple brush heads to achieve finishes as unique as your imagination. Each quick-change brush head offers distinctive finishing results:

  • Flatter brush heads create a hand-sanded finish on profiles such as moldings and raised panel doors

  • Nylon brush heads work well for cleaning or lightly distressing softer materials

  • Wire brush heads achieve distressed, weathered finishes
