3D Printing Services

Fast Prototypes. Custom Parts. Clear Pricing.

Accurate CNC’s 3D printing services help customers shorten lead times and reduce costs. Whether you’re prototyping an early-stage concept, replicating a hard-to-find part, or requiring consistent low-volume production runs, we combine hands-on experience with the latest industry resources to deliver real cost savings.

Introducing additive manufacturing into our lineup has been a game-changer, both for us and for our customers. 3D printing offers fast, flexible, and cost-effective solutions for rapid prototyping and custom parts, increasing efficiency across a wide range of projects.

And like everything we do at Accurate CNC, our 3D printing services come with collaboration, transparency, and a healthy dose of curiosity. We’re here to help you evaluate your needs from day one, providing clear guidance on whether 3D printing is the absolute best fit for your components.

Growing Our 3D Printing Capabilities

At Accurate CNC, we’ll never outgrow our love of cutting-edge manufacturing tools, and our in-house 3D printing equipment is no exception. We’ve offered 3D printing since early 2024, and since then, both our knowledge and our fleet of printers have rapidly expanded.

Our dedicated 3D printing department now features a fleet of six 3D printers, fondly nicknamed Bambi, Bart, Bayla, Baxxi, Barry, and Bella. This expanded footprint allows us to comfortably support consistent production runs and high-volume repeat orders.

Because our machines can run continuously, we maximize efficiency on our shop floor while maintaining impeccable consistency. For example, for one regular customer, we routinely run full plates of 30 parts on a single 12-hour cycle.

Accurate CNC’s 3D Printing Expertise

After years of research, extensive experimentation, and hands-on testing with various nozzle types, materials, and print settings, our team knows exactly how to get the most out of additive manufacturing. We thoroughly test our outputs for longevity, fade resistance, and functional fit so you know exactly what to expect from your parts.

We collaborate with customers to:

  • Optimize designs for manufacturability (DFM)

  • Select the right materials and printing techniques

  • Improve part performance and structural quality

  • Reduce lead times and overall project costs

  • Provide flexible, custom solutions tailored to unique applications

Is Your Part a Fit for our 3D Printing Services?

Our 3D printing process works best when:

  • Parts fit within a 10" x 10" x 10" print volume

  • Materials are standard, like PLA, ABS, PETG, or Nylon

  • Structural demands are light to moderate

  • Fast, affordable turnaround is a top priority

If 3D printing isn’t the best path, we’ll tell you. We’ll even suggest alternatives like CNC routing, machining, or laser services, because our job is to find the smartest solution to help you achieve your goals.

Our Approach to Pricing: No Surprises

Let’s be honest: additive manufacturing pricing can get complicated. But we don’t think it should be. At Accurate CNC, we use a simple, transparent model:

Final Price = 2 x Material Cost

If you know the weight and material of your part (most slicers provide this), you can estimate your cost before you even contact us. And if you don’t? Just send us your model and we’ll calculate the material needs and give you a quick, fair quote. No hidden fees. No guesswork. Just honest pricing that keeps your projects moving.

Tips for 3D Print Success

With experience comes insight, and we’re happy to share what we’ve learned about designing for 3D printing. We recommend:

Minimizing overhangs to reduce the need for supports and surface cleanup

Splitting large or complex parts to improve printability and strength

Adding thread relief of 0.003" - 0.005" in CAD for smoother assembly

Orienting for strength – we’ll help choose the best direction for your part’s performance

Rounding corners to reduce stress concentrations and prevent cracking

Not sure if your file is optimized? We’ll review it and suggest improvements before printing begins.

Let’s Print Something Great

We’ve put our 3D printer to work on a wide range of creative and practical projects. No matter the application, our goal remains the same: help customers reduce costs and shorten lead times, while bringing their ideas to life. Reach out to the Accurate CNC Services team today.
