Fiber Laser Cutting & Engraving
Stepping up service at Accurate CNC meant adding a high-powered fiber laser (fondly nicknamed “Chief”) to our shop floor. This investment enables us to deliver:

Press Brake Bending & Advanced Forming
Our advanced 5-axis CNC press brake (which we’ve named “Presley”) brings a massive 245 tons of bending force and precise programmable control to our forming operations. With Presley running on our floor, we comfortably handle:

Highly accurate, perfectly repeatable bends on every single piece

Comprehensive Joining & Finishing
Advanced Adhesives & Bonding: Expert chemical welding and joining using high-strength resins, structural glues, and material-specific industrial adhesives
Plastic Bending & Thermoforming: Utilizing localized heat and custom form-tooling to cleanly manipulate plastics, such as setting impact-resistant acrylic panels to precise angles without clouding or cracking
Hardware Integration: Precise mechanical fastening using custom or sourced nuts, bolts, standoffs, and specialized hardware
Structural Welded Assemblies: Robust fusing of metal components for rugged, structural field use
