Built-In Precision with Renishaw Probing
All Haas mills at Accurate CNC are equipped with Renishaw Wireless Intuitive Probing Systems (WIPS) to ensure faster setups, more accurate offsets, and better in-process control. These probes measure with micron-level precision and help us:
Set up jobs up to 5x faster
Monitor tooling for breakage or wear
Verify part features mid-process
Reduce scrap and setup time
