Looking Ahead: What You Can Expect From Accurate CNC in 2026

As the year comes to a close, we want to fill you in on all of the new things that will be happening at Accurate CNC. Our Idaho machine shop has big plans for 2026, including maximizing the value of our new laser and press brake, expanding our delivery services, and continuing to strengthen our partnerships with customers.

We’re looking forward to another year of helping customers make their parts more manufacturable while continuing to find ways to reduce costs and lead times.

Leveling Up With New Equipment

Recently, our precision machine shop added new fabrication equipment to help us better serve customers needing smaller sheet metal parts and quick turnaround times. Our new Langmuir Titan 25 Press Brake features:

  • 25 tons of bending force

  • 3-axis press brake

  • CNC back gauge

We also invested in a larger press brake, allowing us to form, bend, and shape parts of varying sizes with greater efficiency. The ACCURL 5-Axis CNC Press Brake GeniusPro features 245 tons of bending force.

To further add to our fabrication services, we plan to hire a full-time welder to join the Accurate CNC team in the coming year.

We’ve also expanded our laser cutting capabilities with three CNC lasers:

These machines open up new opportunities for laser engraving and aluminum work, enabling us to provide even more precise and detailed pieces for our customers.

To better serve our customers, we also plan to expand our material storage and handling equipment in 2026. Having more raw materials on hand and the right handling tools will help us reduce lead times and improve delivery efficiency.

Doubling Down On Delivery

Accurate CNC

We are also looking forward to expanding our delivery service, Accurate Transport. We understand the importance of receiving your parts on time, and that inspired the launch of our freight transportation services back in 2023. Since then, we have refined our process, pricing, and scheduling, and we look forward to serving more customers in the Northern Idaho and Eastern Washington region.

The Accurate Transport fleet includes:

  • Two full-size pickup trucks

  • A flatbed trailer (96” wide x 396” long with a 17,000 lb capacity)

  • A transport van (54” wide x 112” long x 45” tall with a 3,300 lb capacity)

Our delivery services can move:

  • Parts from your shop to your finishing vendor or customer

  • Crates and pallets from your shop to your warehouse

  • Building materials to your job site

  • Equipment and materials for manufacturing and industrial applications

Enhancing Partnerships

As we expand our capabilities and dive into fabrication services, we’re also looking to make quoting and collaboration even smoother. One way we’re making that process easier is through target pricing, where you can share your price expectations in your quote package. This will allow us to hone our quoting process.

To be clear: target pricing will be optional, not a requirement. Whether you include pricing targets or not, our goal is to help our customers and ensure we are providing quality parts and services at a competitive price point.

As we grow, we’re keeping the same promises. During the transition into 2026, we remain committed to delivering parts on time and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining our guarantee of reliability and customer service you can count on. As Accurate CNC expands and more people, products, and parts move through the shop, you can trust that we won’t compromise on what matters most.
