Custom labeling and organization

One of our local customers provides highly specific packaging instructions, asking that each line item be individually labeled and each purchase order separately packaged. This careful packing simplifies their receiving process—and we’re happy to save them time by meticulously organizing the order on our end.

Another customer requests that we label their parts by job number instead of the standard PO number. To better serve them, we track both numbers in our system and apply the correct labeling when it’s time to ship them their order.

Custom crating a customer’s macaron display

We needed to securely package and ship a tiered macaron display across the country. Manufactured in four parts, the display stand had sharp corners and edges that could easily get damaged without the proper packing.

By precision machining two-inch-thick foam inserts into the negative of the display stand’s geometry, we created protective packaging that stacked the product neatly and securely into a shipping box and then an even heftier crate. This compact solution also helped our customer save money on shipping since the custom crate took up less space than a pallet would have used.
