For example, we recently laser-cut 80 leather yoga mats for a customer. But what really made this project unique was how we repurposed the scrap: we created coasters as promotional products to build brand awareness for our partner.
We programmed our laser to map out the scrap and determine the best placement for each coaster and then engraved the company logo into each coaster, so they could hand them out at trade shows to promote their brand.
This streamlined process ensured minimal material waste and a high-quality final product. And we apply the same resourcefulness to other materials, like scrap sheet metal, to produce functional parts.
