Expanding Our Fabrication Services at Accurate CNC

In line with our goal of continuously improving manufacturing outcomes for our customers, Accurate CNC’s investment in new fabrication equipment is elevating our level of service.

With the addition of a new fiber laser and press brake, we have strengthened operations on our shop floor and expanded our fabrication capabilities. Lead times are shorter and more cost-effective solutions are available.

By supporting a wider range of projects in our precision machine shop, we optimize efficiency and simplify your supply chain.

New Equipment in Action

Our new fabrication equipment is up and running, and already delivering results! As we dial in feeds and speeds, customers are benefiting from improved project efficiency and more competitive pricing.

Fiber Laser: Faster, More Precise Cutting

Stepping up service at Accurate CNC meant adding a new fiber laser (nicknamed “Chief”) to our shop floor.

This investment has significantly improved operations and enables us to offer:

  • Faster cutting speeds for reduced lead times

  • Expanded capabilities, including detailed laser engraving

  • Improved consistency across production runs

  • Greater precision

Increased efficiency allows us to reduce costs and pass those savings along to our customers, while producing even more complex components than ever before.

Press Brake Upgrade: Greater Forming Capacity

Our new 5-axis CNC press brake (nicknamed “Presley”) brings 245 tons of bending force and advanced control to our forming operations.

With this machine, we:

  • Handle a wider range of part sizes and geometries

  • Deliver more accurate, repeatable bends

  • Improve efficiency across formed components

We take pride in delivering precise, high-quality formed parts with greater speed and consistency to keep customer production schedules on track.

Stronger Together: Complete Fabrication Solutions

The real advantage comes from how these capabilities work together.

By combining laser cutting and forming in-house, our full-service machine shop has:

  • Reduced reliance on outside vendors

  • Shortened production timelines

  • Taken on more complex fabrication projects

  • Maintained tighter quality control

Previously, some fabrication work may not have fit our capabilities. Today, we have the equipment and capacity to support a much broader range of quantities and complexities, positioning us as a more capable and reliable partner.

Investing for Long-Term Customer Value

Each upgrade we make is part of a long-term commitment to better serve you. Our recent investments enable us to simplify your project without compromising quality.

Along with new equipment, we are:

  • Increasing raw material inventory to support quicker turnaround

  • Offering inventory agreements for repeat and long-term projects

  • Improving process efficiency to help stabilize and reduce costs

With every improvement we make in our shop, we aim to deliver consistent quality, predictable lead times, excellent overall value, and top-tier customer service.

Every move we make is with our customers in mind. By improving shop floor efficiency, we are able to provide more cost-effective solutions that help minimize challenges associated with material price fluctuations.

Accurate CNC’s Commitment to Continuous Improvement

As we continue to expand our capabilities and capacity, our focus remains on providing the same dedicated service and commitment to quality we have always delivered.
