Quoting Tips and Tricks
1. How long does it take to receive a quote?
At Accurate, we want to support you as best we can, starting with your RFQ. We know time is critical, so there are a few things customers can do to ensure they receive their quote quickly.
Most quotes are delivered within one to two business days. If your project requires special material or finishing, additional time may be needed, but we will always communicate this.
2. What file types do you need?
For the fastest turnaround, we recommend submitting:
.stp (STEP) files
.pdf drawings
These formats streamline the quoting process. Our team can assist with CAD support to get your project ready for manufacturing.
However, if you can’t provide a STEP file, we are still more than happy to help. As a matter of fact, we often work from rough concepts or sometimes even napkin sketches!

Our new MasterLINE 6kW Fiber Laser expanded laser engraving capabilities and aluminum work, allowing us to produce even more precise, detailed components.
We also purchased an ACCURL 5-Axis CNC Press Brake GeniusPro, featuring 245 tons of bending force, enabling us to bend and shape parts of varying sizes with greater accuracy and efficiency.

11. Do you deliver nationwide?
Our Northern Idaho machine shop offers local delivery within a 150-mile radius with Accurate Transport. We can also ship nationwide with UPS and FedEx.
